Assam ITI Admission 2024
The Department of Employment and Vocational Training (DECT), Assam has released the Official ITI Admission Notice 2024 for admissions to the public and private ITIs of Assam for the session 2024 – 2025. Interested and eligible candidates of Assam can apply online at www.itiassam.nic. .in NCVT/CoE trades, SCVT trades, SCVT under IMC, NCVT under IMC (NCVT and SCVT trades conducted by IMC in some ITIs under vocational training scheme) for admission.

How to apply for ITI admission?
Interested and eligible candidates should first visit the official ITI admission portal and register their names online. Candidates can follow below mentioned steps to apply for these courses.
Scroll down, go to important web-links section.
Click on “Online Registration Form” and complete the registration process by clicking on “New Candidate Registration”.
After that again click on online registration form link and login with your application number and password.
Fill all your personal and educational details and upload required documents.
After all these steps, submit the application form online.
Finally, take a print out of the application form.

Assam ITI Admission Process
The admission process in various ITIs in Assam involves the following steps.
After registration, all candidates have to report to their nearest government institution. ITI with all their original documents, certificates etc. within the prescribed date and time for verification of their registration details.
Candidates should note that after successful verification, they can fill the trades and ITIs of their choice, so that they can participate in the allotment process.
Allotted candidates must take admission in their allotted seats otherwise their candidature will be considered cancelled.
Candidates who pass NCVT trade will be issued NCVT certificate and SCVT certificate from SCVT trade
Counseling for ITI Admission
After registration, all candidates have to report to their nearest government institution. ITI with all their original documents, certificates etc. within the prescribed date and time for verification of their registration details. After that, the candidate has to fill his choice and save his choice within the stipulated time announced by DE&CT Assam in the counseling schedule.
After the completion of preference filling, the preferences filled by all the registered candidates will be considered for candidate merit (rank) and category wise seat allotment. Allotment will be made against a seat and allotment of seats is purely provisional.
Counseling process will be online only.

ITI Assam Admission Fee
Candidates have to pay a fixed amount as admission fee for admission in various ITIs in Assam. Here is the prescribed admission fee for the current academic year.
NCVT and SCVT Trades
Tuition Fee (Rs. 50/- per month): Rs.600/- (for 1 year) | 1200/- (for two years)
Caution Money (Refundable): Rs.250/-
Registration Fee: 25/- Rs
Medical Examination, Fee: Rs. 25/-
Trainee Union Fee: Rs.175/- for 1 year and Rs.350/- for 2 years
Hostel Service Charge: Rs.50/- (where applicable)
Hostel Caution Fee (Refundable): 250/ (where applicable)
