Eligibility Criteria for PWD Assam Recruitment

• Age Limit : Candidates should not be less than 21 years and not more than 38 years as on 01/01/2024.

Age Relaxation : Category wise age relaxation is mentioned below.

• Candidate should possess three years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any technical institute recognized by Govt.

• Diploma must be a regular course. Diploma courses by distance mode of education, by whatever name called, will not be accepted.

Apart from English, the candidate should have adequate knowledge of at least 1 (one) official language (ie Assamese/Bengali/Boro) of Assam State except for candidates of Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council and Dima Hasao Autonomous Council.

Candidates must be citizens of India as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.

• (i) Candidate should be permanent resident of Assam.
• (ii) Candidate should produce PRC issued in Assam for Educational Purposes/Employment Exchange Registration Certificate as proof of residence along with the application form.
